Recently brought an investment property, a 6 bed HMO and Brad completely re-wired the whole property and made it into a luxury HMO he installed a intercom system and data points so all tenants had the fastest Wi-Fi possible. Would highly recommend.

My experience was unbelievable!, It was Sunday 29/10/23 when my Electric Circuit in the flat cut out, no fridge, Nothing worked apart from lights, I was in Panic mode!..I tried pushing the socket switch up several times but it kept cutting out. I typed in Google and frantically called this number when the guy answered with only Hello I just spewed out my panic for a good 5 mins without coming up for air, when I did allow Brad to speak he said ‘I’m at my Grandads Funeral’ OMG! I felt so bad and was about to rush of the phone but he very patiently and kindly talked me through exactly what I should do and waited on the phone whilst I followed his instructions and low and behold after a couple of attempts everything came back on with no problem. This Guy was my Angel tonight what a lovely person, he was away in Cornwall at a family funeral and Still had the time to rescue me from a fridge full of perished groceries and a depressing evening not even the use of my mobile!.. I felt the least I could do was share this review as if this is not going above and beyond with Customer Service I don’t know what is?!!.. Absolutely the kindest, most compassionate & professional person which totally redeemed my faith in humanity.. Thank you so much.
