The install went ahead exactly as planned with the installer arriving promptly. The work was done quickly and cleanly with the installer then taking all the time needed to answer all our questions and ensure that we were happy with how to use the equipment before he left. Frankly it has been a refreshing change to be able to deal with a company that is so obviously invested in the long term satisfaction of its customers. Amy Wright5 StarFrom initial contact through to installation and follow up, this company were incredibly helpful and instilled enormous confidence through their knowledge of the products, how they can best be used and installed. The guys who installed the security system were courteous, friendly and tidy workers. They made sure that we understood and could operate the system and were very patient with all of our questions. The follow up call from the office on the next day was a welcome service as they checked that we were happy and reinforced the fact that they were available to help if needed.
