Nicola Robertson1 StarI received a letter today stating that you had tried to gain access to my property. Your electrician did not try to gain access to the property, as at the time I was in the middle of a phone call when I heard someone approach the front door for the letter to be put through it. It was not knocked on to see if anyone was home. I do not appreciate the threat of contacting CVHA to tell them we didn’t answer when the electrician couldn’t be bothered. It's not very professional of your staff to do this as it reflects badly on you as a company!!Tuesday 17th May 2022
