Having used Mitchells previously, and received a first class service, we contacted Garry regarding a problem with our existing alarm system. Garry arrived within 45 minutes. After detecting the problem he offered us honest options (through his decades of knowledge and experience), without any hard sale. We decided to have a new alarm system installed. This was fitted very promptly and efficiently, without any mess or disruption. Throughout the whole process Catherine was constantly in contact. I would highly recommend Mitchells as I've never know a company yet that actually saves you money and provides that great level of customer care. Thanks so much.

First class service from initial enquiry to installation. Gary was amazing, explaining which system would best suit our needs during the survey. The installation was seamless, Gary took time to explain the system in full and was happy to answer any questions. Catherine was also amazing, answering emails extremely quickly and was very helpful with regards to any queries. It is also extremely reassuring to know that if I have any queries or need to alter anything with regard to our system, I can contact them. Mitchells provide an amazing service, are extremely professional, friendly and provide first class customer service.

I have had nothing but first class service from Garry and the rest of the team. He installed our system in 2019 and we have been happy customers ever since. From the annual service to the odd wee courtesy visit (when we mucked something up!) nothing is ever too much bother. There are no overzealous sales tactics, Garry will tell you if he thinks something isn’t worth it for your needs. If we ever move home, Garry will be one of my first calls!
