I have just had CCTV installed by Greg and his amazing team. From start to finish the service provided was very professional. The team were very punctual, friendly and talked me through the installation process and guided me on how to use the system. The actual cameras are of great quality and I couldn’t be happier. Greg followed up the completed work with a curiosity call to ensure I was happy with all of the work carried out. Fabulous team. Thank you to you all at Platinum Electrical.

I had a CCTV system installed at my home. Following on from the initial survey, the team turned up punctually at the agreed time, carried out the work in one day and showed me how to install the app and view my cameras on my phone. From start to finish I was kept well informed and constantly consulted. A genuine premium service worth every penny if like me you want to take home security seriously! The aftercare has been fantastic and I will be recommending Platinum to friends and family! Thanks again!

Sam was always professional and went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The team which carried out the work were brilliant - courteous, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Ian the team leader was very professional and kept me updated and sought my preference when needed. Although not the cheapest, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and would recommend them to friends and family.

We have just had a CCTV and central alarm system installed on our home along with a security light and I cannot recommend this company enough. Very quick and responsive to all queries from quote to installation and the guys that rocked up to do the job were professional and very efficient and tidy when doing their work throughout the house. 10/10 would recommend.

Greg and his team at Platinum Electricals have just installed a CCTV and Central Alarm system to our home. The work was performed on time, Greg and the team were very helpful in giving their professional opinion on what type of system we needed as well as how many cameras to keep our property safe and secure. The day of the work the team turned up on time, and performed all the installation in a professional and time efficient manor whilst being friendly and tidy throughout their visit to our home. Would definitely not look anywhere else if we ever needed a security system installing again and will recommend them to all friends and family.
