David Ledger5 StarMark and his team fitted my EV charger. He provided a prompt initial visit and same day quotation. Once accepted he was exceptional with communication by phone and email about the arrangements for the installation, and even arranged for most of the wiring to be done at short notice prior to the actual delivery of the charger itself, which was several days later. Zack and Sam, together with Mark, completed the wiring and installation very neatly, and left me very impressed with the service. And have just come to my aid again replacing a cooker hood and fixing a steel splash backplate which meant I did not have to have the whole wall retiled . Katherine McHale5 StarI recently asked Mark for a quote to fit a bathroom extractor fan which I'd purchased. He responded in a timely fashion to my emails and came to assess the job. The quote was competitive and a couple of Marks colleagues came to fit it. They noticed a problem with the planned site for it and were able to work around it easily.
I found them friendly and professional, they kept dust to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. The finish looks good and we're really pleased.Thursday 23rd July 2015
